For years, Susan's Larson's weekly books column has given readers reason to pour another mug of café au lait at breakfast. For a number of years now, her weekly radio program has become a staple for the literati — with interviews with local and relevant authors on a 30 minute program that broadcasts on WWNO 89.9 FM on Fridays at 12:30pm CT and Sundays at 12 Noon CT. Someone whom I came to know as a Saturday Crescent City Farmers Market shoppers, it was with great pleasure that I fielded a request to join the show for a conversation about the book, Kuni.
