The Saudi Feast Food Festival 2022 encourages youth of the country who have an interest in the field of food to transform their hobbies into commercial projects. With over 50,000 square meters of space devoted to presenting the 13 regions of Saudi Arabia's food and agriculture through workshops, cooking competitions, restaurants, and panel talks, the Festival is the largest in the Middle East.
Events in which I will participate are:
Slow Food, and the valorization of local products: I will moderate a conversation between Slow Food General Director, Paolo De Croce, and AhmedZaki Kamel, CEO of Azka Food Company, in order to explore how to enhance Saudi gastronomy and its promotion to the world.
