From strawberries to salvation: How markets cultivate community (when it really matters): Together with the Southern Food and Beverage Museum founder Liz Williams, in the Hilton Garden Inn, New Orleans, I will address the role of public markets during and after major trauma (natural disasters, political instability, and even pandemics).
