The 60 minute public forum hosted by Slow Food's Terra Madre Worldwide features Vicki-Ann Assevero (Trinidad and Tobago), John Kiwagalo (Uganda), Jeffrey Spangenberg (Netherlands), Chanowk Yisrael (USA), and is moderated by Richard McCarthy (USA). Cities consume the majority of available resources: not just 70% of all the food produced worldwide, but also the soil, water, air and services. They are the main drivers of the climate crisis, but can they also be the protagonists of change?
